Takra Village School is a co-ed school. Takra carries significant historical significance as the hometown of the esteemed Adivasi Leader, Jaipal Singh Munda . This countryside locale is predominantly inhabited by farmers, and regrettably, educational access has been constrained for the local residents. To bridge this educational gap, The Katha School was founded in Takra on October 1, 2022. The school is committed to delivering essential education to the children of the village, incorporating state-of-the-art Smart Classes and a fully equipped Smart Lab to foster interactive learning and exploration.
